Leading day to day operations of G MASS. Managing both client delivery and commercial strategy. Taking accountability for the delivery of ongoing programmes of work and consulting client relationships. Responsible for the creation of domain offerings, consulting propositions and client solutions. Ensuring our delivery model consistently align to the needs and expectations of our client base.

Responsible for all things talent from headhunting and resourcing of internal consultants as well as aligning consultants to client projects. Inputting to client solutions and proposals from resource profile and project deployment perspectives. Advising clients on contingent workforce planning, including industry trends, benchmarking and regulatory changes.

Responsible of building the brand of G MASS, helping to attract the best consulting talent in the market. Leveraging off the data analytics to help build tailored engagement models and materials for our clients.

Ensuring ongoing adherence to legal and regulatory standards from both an employment and client delivery perspective. Oversight and management of all ongoing compliance obligations in relation to the business.

Management of all legal contracts and company obligations in our global jurisdictions. Develops and implements legal procedures and policies to ensure the company’s compliance with applicable laws.

Ben graduated from the University of Bournemouth last year. He works in the business management team, coordinating with our clients and overseeing events and training schedules for our consultants. Before university, he filled his spare time competitively sailing on the south coast of the UK.

Guy is a strategic business leader with a decade of experience across the Professional Services and latterly Software industries. Currently he is a strategy director at Alteryx, the Analytics Cloud Platform, where he orchestrates verticalized go-to-market strategies, working alongside a rich global ecosystem of partners and alliances.
